Property Manager
Oversee daily operations at one of our motel properties, including guest relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and staff supervision.
Requirements
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Reliable transportation
Maintenance Technician
Handle repairs, upkeep, and renovation projects across our properties. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general handyman tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in building maintenance or a related trade
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Housekeeping Staff
Maintain clean and welcoming rooms for our guests. Duties include cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities to our high standards.
