Room styles, and what each one costs

Rooms from $65 a night, subject to availability, and a week here works out to as low as $35.71 a day, paid weekly ($250 a week). Three room styles across twelve addresses in Twin Falls. The weekly rate is the one worth reading twice: a single at $250 a week works out to $35.71 a day, below the $42.14 a day that Canyon Springs Extended Stay's published $295 week comes to (read September 23, 2026).

Double

$39.29 a day on the week

Eight of our twelve addresses. Nights are subject to availability. There is no up-to-30-days flat price for the double.

Two things a price table leaves out

Per day divides the weekly rate by seven and assumes seven paid nights; it is not a rate you can book for a single night. Our nightly rate is $65 for a single and $75 for a double, before 8% tax ($70.20 and $81.00 with tax). Nightly stays are back, subject to availability. Many of our rooms go to guests staying a week or longer. And every reservation is capped at 30 days. We do not rent by the month and we do not describe the $1,000 as a monthly rate.
