A sign that reads VACANCY
The front desk set it to say the property has a room for tonight; the line under the sign says when. Where the property has singles or doubles, that can be a one-night stay, subject to availability. Book a stay of 1 to 30 nights (a studio 7 to 30) on the property's own site, or call (208) 733-2010.
A sign that reads NO VACANCY
The property is full tonight. Later nights may still be open: the button then reads Check other dates and opens the same booking page.

Singles, Doubles and Studios under a sign
They show whether each room type has a room free tonight in the room plan the front desk keeps. Each one reads open or full, never a count. A single or a double that reads open can be booked for one night, subject to availability, and a studio for 7 to 30 nights. A type that is open tonight can still be full on a later night of your stay; the booking page checks your dates. The sign is set by hand on its own, while the room types follow the room plan and each online booking, so the two can differ for a while. When the room plan cannot be read, no room types are shown.

Each sign is set by hand at the New Leaf Properties front desk. It reads VACANCY or NO VACANCY until someone at the desk changes it. The line under each sign gives the weekday, date and time it was last set, in Twin Falls time. That tells you how recent it is.

Does a VACANCY sign hold a room for me?

No, a sign does not hold a room. It shows what the front desk last set for tonight, and a room can still go to another guest after that. To hold one, use the booking form on the property's own website or phone the office. The confirmation email you receive is the final word on what the booking holds.

Can I book one night at a property that shows VACANCY?

Yes, subject to availability, at the nine properties with singles or doubles. A property showing VACANCY can take a one-night stay tonight in a single at $65 or a double at $75, before 8% tax ($70.20 or $81.00 with tax), when that room type reads open. Deluxe Motor Lodge, Jones Motel and 760 Main Ave Extended Stay rent studios by the week only, and Twin Falls Motel has singles only. A sign does not cover later nights, only tonight. For those, open the property's booking page with the button on its card. Enter your check-in and check-out dates there; a single or a double can be 1 to 30 nights, subject to availability, and a studio 7 to 30. Which properties rent by the week?

All twelve properties rent by the week. Nine of the twelve have studios with a kitchen (a full kitchen at eight, a kitchenette at Deluxe Motor Lodge) and a queen bed. A studio rents by the week only. Single and double rooms rent by the week too, and by the night, subject to availability, at $65 for a single and $75 for a double. Weekly rooms from $35.71 a day, paid weekly ($250 a week). Three of the twelve are extended stays: Downtown Extended Stay, 760 Main Ave Extended Stay and Kimberly Road Extended Stay.

Can I phone about a sign after the office closes?
