How we checked
Each business's own website was fetched and read on September 2, 2026. Nothing was taken from an aggregator, a directory or a review site, because those carry stale rates and we have no way to date them. Where a chain quotes a price through its own booking engine, that is a live quote for a stated date and not a rate card, and it is labeled that way wherever it appears below.
Drive times further down were routed by car with OSRM on September 1, 2026, measured from our own front doors. We did not measure any drive time from anybody else's building, so nothing in that table is a comparison against Canyon Springs.

New Leaf publishes a single at $250 a week. 250 / 7 = 35.714285..., which is $35.71 a day across seven paid nights. A double is $275 a week, and 275 / 7 = $39.29 a day. A studio is $325 a week, and 325 / 7 = $46.43 a day, paid weekly.

Published weekly rates, read September 23, 2026. Every per day figure is that week divided by seven paid nights. Blue Lakes Inn runs both of its figures at once. Motel 6 is a booking engine quote for a September 23 check in. Of the Twin Falls lodging businesses publishing a weekly rate for their Twin Falls location, $250 was the lowest we read that day.
The single steps down again. A stay of up to 30 days is $1,000. That is a flat price for the stay, so it comes to $33.33 a day only if you use all thirty: 1000 / 30 = 33.333... Thirty days at the week's daily rate would be 250 / 7 x 30 = $1,071.43, and a single stops at $1,000, so a full thirty days saves $71.43; a stay of 7 to 27 nights is priced at $35.71 a day, paid weekly, and 28 to 30 days in a single is $1,000. Canyon Springs publishes $1,100 a month, which is $36.67 a day, and Blue Lakes Inn $1,600 a month, which is $53.33 a day. Theirs renew. Every New Leaf reservation is capped at 30 days, so for a longer stay we are not the right business.
What we are not claiming. We are not saying our studio is the lowest weekly rate: Canyon Springs' $295 week and Motel 6's $322 week are lower. We are not saying our $65 night is the lowest night in town either: Blue Lakes Inn advertises as low as $53 a night (read September 23, 2026; its homepage ties that price to booking a month). And $35.71 takes seven paid nights, the same way $33.33 takes all thirty days.
Room type decides the address. A single is at nine of our twelve addresses, a double at eight, a studio at nine. Three sell a studio only: 760 Main Ave Extended Stay, 760 Main Ave S; Deluxe Motor Lodge, 761 Main Ave W; Jones Motel, 660 Main Ave N. Twin Falls Motel, 2152 Kimberly Rd, sells a single only. Book on that property’s own site, or call (208) 933-4480.
Where Canyon Springs beats us
Not on the night: Canyon Springs does not rent by the day or night, according to its own FAQ and site. Our single is $65 a night and our double $75, subject to availability, before 8% tax. We do not claim the lowest night in town, though. Other places sell single nights too, priced by date, and we would rather say so than have you find out later.
- Motel 6 publishes no rack rate. Its booking engine showed $70 a night at the My6 member rate (struck from $80) for a September 23, 2026 check in, plus $6 taxes and fees. That is a quote for one date, and it will read differently tomorrow. It undercuts our $75 double, not our $65 single.
- Blue Lakes Inn's Rooms and Rates page says "Rates as low as $53 a night!", and its homepage ties that price to booking a month: "As low as $53/night when you book a month!" That $53 is under our $65 single.
By the week, our single at $250 ($35.71 a day) and our double at $275 ($39.29 a day) come in under every weekly rate we read. Our studio at $325 a week does not: Canyon Springs publishes $295 a week, and Motel 6’s booking engine quoted $46 a night with a 7-night minimum for a September 23 check in, which comes to $322 for the week.
Going the other direction, SureStay by Best Western at 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N showed rates from $127.60 a night for September 23, 2026 and states typical rates from $140; it publishes no weekly or extended stay rate anywhere on its site. That too is a quote for one date rather than a standing price.

Where we beat them
The week. Our single is $250 and our double is $275. Their published weekly low was as low as $295 a week, read September 2, 2026. Both of our figures sit under it, and the weekly rate is the number that actually governs a stay for anyone working a job, waiting on a place, or here for a run of shifts.
Our studio is the exception and we are printing it in the same size type. At $325 a week it is above their published weekly low. If the studio is the room you want and price is the only thing you care about, their $295 figure is the lower one.
Four lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish a weekly rate at all, ours included. Of those four, our $250 single is the lowest weekly figure. That is a narrow claim on purpose. It is about the week and not the night, and the other three are listed further down with their own numbers so you can check it yourself.
The studio is priced by the week, never by the night
The studio is $325 a week. Nine of the twelve have one. There is no nightly studio rate, and we will not quote one: the room is not sold that way. The week works out to $46.43 a day, paid weekly, for a stay of a week or more, and that is never a price for one night.

Twelve addresses, and what the spread buys you
This is the difference that has nothing to do with rates. Five of ours sit on Addison Ave W, five sit downtown around Main Ave, and two sit out on Kimberly Rd. That spread matters when your day is built around one specific place.

Look at the Chobani row and the hospital row together. Twin Falls Motel is four minutes from the plant and ten minutes from St Luke's. Deluxe Motor Lodge is seven minutes from St Luke's and eight minutes from the plant. Same company, same rate card, different mornings. That is the whole argument for twelve doors instead of one, and it only counts for something if your particular place happens to be near one of them.

What the rest of the weekly market charges
Canyon Springs is not the only other place in town with a weekly number on its site, and you should see the other two before you decide anything.
- Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay, 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes two different weekly figures at the same time. The body copy and the FAQ say as low as $480 a week. Every page title and meta description says as low as $360 a week, and $360 appears nowhere in the visible copy. Both were live on September 2, 2026. The $360 is the one that shows up in a search result, so that is probably the number you saw first. Their site also published as low as $53 a night tied to booking a month, and monthly rentals beginning at $1600 per month, same date.
- Motel 6 Twin Falls, 1472 Blue Lakes Blvd N: for a September 23, 2026 check in its booking engine showed $46 a night labeled as the weekly rate with a seven night minimum. At their own stated minimum that is $322 for the week. They publish no rack rate for a single night. For that check in their engine showed $70 a night at the member rate, struck from $80. Those engine numbers are live quotes for named dates, not a rate card. Chain prices move daily.
- SureStay by Best Western Twin Falls, 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes no weekly, monthly or extended stay rate anywhere, and the rate filter in the booking engine has no extended stay option. Their engine quoted $144.32 to $184 a night for September 1 to 2, 2026. That is one live quote for one date.
Three more Twin Falls lodging businesses publish no rate at all, because they have no website. That is not a knock on how they run their places. It is the reason a price comparison in this town is harder than it should be, and it is why the ones who do publish get compared to each other over and over.
What to ask on the phone, both of us
Some things do not belong on a web page, and we would rather say so than fill the gap with something that sounds good.
Deposit. Ours is not one number across twelve buildings. It depends on the room, so there is nothing honest to print here. Call and ask about the specific room you want.
Pets. Pets are allowed at all twelve properties, with a refundable pet deposit and no pet fee. Ask us before you arrive with an animal, and ask Canyon Springs the same question directly rather than taking our word for what they allow.
Availability. Tonight's VACANCY or NO VACANCY sign for each property is on our vacancy page, but a sign does not hold a room, so ask on the phone, or use the booking page, which checks your dates.
Terms. No lease and no credit check, on our side. Canyon Springs states no credit checks in their FAQ, read September 2, 2026.
None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct: each property takes bookings on its own site, or by phone.
Who should pick which
For one or two nights, Canyon Springs is not the answer: it does not rent by the day or night, according to its own FAQ and site. We rent singles at $65 a night and doubles at $75, subject to availability. Pick them if you are planning in months and you want a published figure to work from, because $1,100 per month is written down on their site and we have nothing to put next to it. Pick them if Blue Lakes Blvd N is where you need to be, because none of our twelve are on it.
Pick us if you are staying a week or more in a single or a double, because $250 and $275 both sit under their $295. Pick us if the place you have to be every morning is on Addison, downtown, or out on Kimberly Rd, because one of the twelve is probably closer to it than any single address in town can be. If you want a studio and price is the only thing you are weighing, their published low is under our $325, and we would rather you heard that from us.
