Canyon Springs Extended Stay against our twelve, side by side
Canyon Springs Extended Stay, 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes rates as low as $45 a night and as low as $295 a week. Our single is $65 a night and $250 a week.
They are cheaper on a single night. We are cheaper by the week on a single and on a double, and higher by the week on a studio. That is the shape of the whole comparison in three lines, and the rest of this page is the detail behind it.
Every figure of theirs here came off canyonspringsidaho.com on September 2, 2026. A competitor's price can change the morning after we read it, so treat this as a dated snapshot and not a standing promise about somebody else's business.
The two numbers that decide this
Canyon Springs Extended Stay publishes rates as low as $45 a night, read on their site September 2, 2026. Our single is $65 a night, and nine of our twelve properties have one. On a single night they are cheaper, and we are not going to argue with their own website about it.
Canyon Springs publishes as low as $295 a week, same site, same date. Our single is $250 a week and our double is $275 a week, so both of those sit under their published weekly low. Our studio is $325 a week, which sits above it. That is the honest shape of it. We are lower on two of our three room types by the week and higher on the third.
Everything else on this page exists because a stay is rarely one clean number. Length of stay, which side of town you need to be on, and what you need to ask about before you hand over money all move the answer.
How we checked
Each business's own website was fetched and read on September 2, 2026. Nothing was taken from an aggregator, a directory or a review site, because those carry stale rates and we have no way to date them. Where a chain quotes a price through its own booking engine, that is a live quote for a stated date and not a rate card, and it is labeled that way wherever it appears below.
Drive times further down were routed by car with OSRM on September 1, 2026, measured from our own front doors. We did not measure any drive time from anybody else's building, so nothing in that table is a comparison against Canyon Springs.
We read their rates on their site. We did not audit how many buildings they run, so we do not say. Everything below that is about them is a figure or a sentence read on canyonspringsidaho.com on the date given.

Where Canyon Springs beats us
Three places, and they are real ones.
The single night. Their site published rates as low as $45 a night on September 2, 2026. Ours is $65. If you need one night and price is the whole decision, their number is better than ours.
Cheaper nights exist elsewhere in town as well, and you should have those too. Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay, 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N, published as low as $53 a night tied to booking a month, read September 2, 2026. Motel 6 at 1472 Blue Lakes Blvd N quoted $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for 14 to October 15, 2026, against a struck through $64 to $69. That Motel 6 figure is a live engine quote for named dates, not a rate card, and it will read differently tomorrow.
The monthly rate. Their site published monthly rentals beginning at $1,100 per month on September 2, 2026. We publish nothing monthly at all. If you are planning in months and you want a number before you pick up the phone, they have one written down and we do not.
The corridor, if it happens to be the right one. Their address is on Blue Lakes Blvd N, and not one of our twelve is on Blue Lakes. Five of ours are on Addison Ave W, five are downtown around Main Ave, two are out on Kimberly Rd. If Blue Lakes is where your day happens, that beats a rate difference and no arithmetic on this page changes it.
Where we beat them
The week. Our single is $250 and our double is $275. Their published weekly low was as low as $295 a week, read September 2, 2026. Both of our figures sit under it, and the weekly rate is the number that actually governs a stay for anyone working a job, waiting on a place, or here for a run of shifts.
Our studio is the exception and we are printing it in the same size type. At $325 a week it is above their published weekly low. If the studio is the room you want and price is the only thing you care about, their $295 figure is the lower one.
Four lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish a weekly rate at all, ours included. Of those four, our $250 single is the lowest weekly figure. That is a narrow claim on purpose. It is about the week and not the night, and the other three are listed further down with their own numbers so you can check it yourself.
The studio is priced by the week and only by the week
The studio is $325 a week. Nine of the twelve have one. There is no nightly studio rate, we will not quote one, and we will not divide the weekly figure into one for you, because the room is not sold that way and a made up per night number would just be wrong in a way that shows up at checkout.
If you want a room for two or three nights, ask about the single at $65 or the double at $75. The studio starts at a week.
Twelve addresses, and what the spread buys you
This is the difference that has nothing to do with rates. Five of ours sit on Addison Ave W, five sit downtown around Main Ave, and two sit out on Kimberly Rd. That spread matters when your day is built around one specific place.
The table below shows the closest and the farthest of our own twelve for seven places people in this town actually drive to. Both columns are ours. Read it as a picture of the spread, not as a comparison against anybody else, because we did not route a single mile from their address.
| Where you need to be | Closest of our twelve | Farthest of our twelve |
|---|---|---|
| St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center, 801 Pole Line Rd W | Deluxe Motor Lodge, 2.8 mi, 7 min | Twin Falls Motel, 5.0 mi, 10 min |
| College of Southern Idaho, 315 Falls Ave | Deluxe Motor Lodge, 1.6 mi, 4 min | Twin Falls Motel, 3.8 mi, 7 min |
| Chobani, 3450 Kimberly Rd | Twin Falls Motel, 1.8 mi, 4 min | Monterey Motor Inn, Park Motel and Dunes Motel, all three at 4.6 mi, 9 min |
| Amalgamated Sugar, 2320 Orchard Dr E | Twin Falls Motel, 1.4 mi, 3 min | Dunes Motel, 4.3 mi, 8 min. Monterey Motor Inn is level on distance at 4.3 mi, 7 min |
| Twin Falls Public Library, 201 4th Ave E | Downtown Extended Stay, 0.3 mi, 1 min | Twin Falls Motel, 1.7 mi, 4 min |
| Magic Valley Mall, 1485 Pole Line Rd E | Old Towne Lodge and Downtown Extended Stay, both 3.3 mi, 8 min | Twin Falls Motel, 4.4 mi, 10 min |
| Magic Valley Regional Airport, 492 Airport Loop | Old Towne Lodge, 5.5 mi, 12 min | Twin Falls Motel, 6.7 mi, 14 min |
Routed by car with OSRM, September 1, 2026, from each of our twelve addresses. Ranked by distance, with ties named.
Look at the Chobani row and the hospital row together. Twin Falls Motel is four minutes from the plant and ten minutes from St Luke's. Deluxe Motor Lodge is seven minutes from St Luke's and eight minutes from the plant. Same company, same rate card, different mornings. That is the whole argument for twelve doors instead of one, and it only counts for something if your particular place happens to be near one of them.

What the rest of the weekly market charges
Canyon Springs is not the only other place in town with a weekly number on its site, and you should see the other two before you decide anything.
- Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay, 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes two different weekly figures at the same time. The body copy and the FAQ say as low as $480 a week. Every page title and meta description says as low as $360 a week, and $360 appears nowhere in the visible copy. Both were live on September 2, 2026. The $360 is the one that shows up in a search result, so that is probably the number you saw first. Their site also published as low as $53 a night tied to booking a month, and monthly rentals beginning at $1600 per month, same date.
- Motel 6 Twin Falls, 1472 Blue Lakes Blvd N, lists $45 a night labeled as the weekly rate with a seven night minimum. At their own stated minimum that is $315 for the week. They publish no rack rate for a single night. Their engine quoted $95 a night for 1 to September 2, 2026, and $56 to $61 for 14 to October 15, 2026 at the member rate. Those engine numbers are live quotes for named dates, not a rate card. Chain prices move daily.
- SureStay by Best Western Twin Falls, 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes no weekly, monthly or extended stay rate anywhere, and the rate filter in the booking engine has no extended stay option. Their engine quoted $144.32 to $184 a night for 1 to September 2, 2026. That is one live quote for one date.
Three more Twin Falls lodging businesses publish no rate at all, because they have no website. That is not a knock on how they run their places. It is the reason a price comparison in this town is harder than it should be, and it is why the ones who do publish get compared to each other over and over.
What to ask on the phone, both of us
Some things do not belong on a web page, and we would rather say so than fill the gap with something that sounds good.
Deposit. Ours is not one number across twelve buildings. It depends on the room, so there is nothing honest to print here. Call and ask about the specific room you want.
Pets. We publish no pet policy at all, so do not read anything into its absence in either direction. Ask us before you arrive with an animal, and ask Canyon Springs the same question directly rather than taking our word for what they allow.
Availability. We never publish it. A page that says rooms are open is out of date the hour after it is written.
Terms. No lease and no credit check, on our side. Canyon Springs states no credit checks in their FAQ, read September 2, 2026.
None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct, by phone.
Who should pick which
Pick Canyon Springs if you need one or two nights and the lowest published nightly number is what decides it, because their $45 beats our $65. Pick them if you are planning in months and you want a published figure to work from, because $1,100 per month is written down on their site and we have nothing to put next to it. Pick them if Blue Lakes Blvd N is where you need to be, because none of our twelve are on it.
Pick us if you are staying a week or more in a single or a double, because $250 and $275 both sit under their $295. Pick us if the place you have to be every morning is on Addison, downtown, or out on Kimberly Rd, because one of the twelve is probably closer to it than any single address in town can be. If you want a studio and price is the only thing you are weighing, their published low is under our $325, and we would rather you heard that from us.

Questions people ask
On a single night, yes. Their site published rates as low as $45 a night on September 2, 2026, against our $65 single. By the week, no. Their published low was as low as $295 a week, against our $250 single and $275 double. Our studio at $325 a week is above their weekly low.
Ours, at $250 for a single. Four lodging businesses in town publish a weekly rate. Canyon Springs is as low as $295. Motel 6 lists $45 a night with a seven night minimum, which is $315 at their own stated minimum. Blue Lakes Inn publishes $360 in its page titles and $480 in its body copy at the same time. All competitor figures read on their own sites on September 2, 2026.
No. Canyon Springs published as low as $45 a night and Blue Lakes Inn published as low as $53 a night tied to booking a month, both read September 2, 2026, and both sit under our $65 single. The week is where our number is the lowest in town, not the night.
No. We publish nightly and weekly rates only. Canyon Springs publishes monthly rentals beginning at $1,100 per month, read on their site September 2, 2026. If a written monthly number is what you need, theirs is the one that exists.
A single is $65 and a double is $75. The studio is not sold by the night at any price.
Because the studio is a weekly room at $325 a week. There is no nightly studio rate to quote, and dividing the weekly figure into one would give you a number that does not exist.
We publish no pet policy, and we are not going to guess at one here. Call (208) 733-2010 and ask about the property and room you are looking at. If you are also comparing Canyon Springs, ask them directly rather than relying on our page.
It depends on the room, so there is no single figure we can honestly print. Ask when you call and you will get the answer for the room you are actually taking.
No credit check and no lease. Canyon Springs also states no credit checks in their FAQ, read September 2, 2026.
Deluxe Motor Lodge at 761 Main Ave W is 2.8 miles and about 7 minutes from St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center. Twin Falls Motel at 2152 Kimberly Rd is 1.8 miles and about 4 minutes from Chobani. Both routed by car on September 1, 2026. Tell us the address you need to reach and we will point you at the closest one.
