Four lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish a weekly rate on their own website. We are one of them. The other three sit on Blue Lakes Boulevard North. Their figures are $295, either $360 or $480 depending on which part of the page you read, and a per-night price with a seven night minimum that comes to $315 for the week.

How these figures were collected
We read each business's own website on September 2, 2026 and took the figures off the page. Nothing here came from an aggregator, a directory or a review site, because those carry numbers a business stopped charging a long time ago.
Two of the businesses below price through a booking engine. An engine price is a quote for the dates that were typed in. It is not a rate card and it changes. Where we quote one, we name the dates it was quoted for. Every competitor figure on this page carries the date it was read, and any of them can change without notice.
The four businesses that publish a weekly rate
Here are all four, as they stood on September 2, 2026.

Three of the lodging businesses we checked publish no rate at all, because they have no working website. That is a real part of why a week here is hard to price. You cannot compare a number that was never posted, and calling around for quotes takes an afternoon.
What "as low as" actually means
Two of the four write their weekly rate as a floor. On September 2, 2026, Canyon Springs Extended Stay published "As low as $295 a week!" and Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay published "As low as $480 a week!" Neither publishes a price against a room type.
So $295 is the bottom of a range whose top is not stated. Their wording says a week can be had for that. It does not say which room, what the next one up costs, or how the price changes when you need two beds instead of one. The same holds at $480.
That is not a trick, and it is how a lot of small lodging prices itself. But it does mean the published number and the number you pay are two different claims, and you will not know the gap between them until you call.
We publish three numbers instead of one. $250 is the single. $275 is the double. $325 is the studio. Each price is tied to the room type it belongs to, with no floor language around it.
Blue Lakes Inn publishes two weekly figures at the same time
On September 2, 2026, bluelakesinn.com carried two different weekly rates at once. The body copy and the FAQ say $480 a week. Every page title and meta description on the site says $360 a week. The figure $360 appears nowhere in the visible copy on the page.
The practical effect is this. Search results are built from page titles, so $360 is the number a person sees in a list of search results. $480 is the number on the page they land on. Two people comparing prices for the same business can be looking at figures $120 apart without either of them making a mistake.
We are not saying which one is the price they charge. We do not know. We are saying both were live on September 2, 2026, and if you are pricing a week in this town you should know that the $360 and the $480 are the same building.
Motel 6 prices its weekly rate per night, with a seven night minimum
On September 2, 2026, Motel 6 Twin Falls listed "$45 /night" under the label Weekly rate, with a 7-night minimum. Seven nights at $45 comes to $315. The minimum is their own, and it is how the rate is sold. They do not publish a weekly total, so $315 is the arithmetic their own terms force, not a number printed on their page.
A seven night minimum is a different product from a week you can start on a Wednesday and end when a job ends. If your stay is not a clean multiple of seven, that is the question worth asking them first.
Motel 6 publishes no rack rate. Their booking engine quoted $95 a night for 1 to September 2, 2026, and $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for 14 to October 15, 2026, against a struck-through $64 to $69. Those are quotes for named dates, read on September 2, 2026. Chain prices move daily and none of those figures is a standing price.
SureStay publishes no extended stay rate at all
SureStay by Best Western Twin Falls, 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes no weekly rate and no monthly rate. The rate filter in its booking engine has no extended stay option, so there is no long stay rate type to select even if you wanted one. Read September 2, 2026.
For a single night, the engine quoted $144.32 to $184 for 1 to September 2, 2026. That is a live quote for one date, read on September 2, 2026, and it will be a different number tomorrow. It is not a rate card and we are not treating it as one. If you need to price a month in advance, they are not a place where you can.
Two of the four also publish a monthly rate
Read on September 2, 2026. Canyon Springs: "Monthly rentals begin at $1,100 per month." Blue Lakes Inn: "Monthly rentals begin at $1600 per month." Both are written the same way as their weekly figures. Begin at. As low as. A floor.
Blue Lakes Inn also ties a nightly figure to the month, "As low as $53/night when you book a month!" That is a conditional price attached to a longer commitment, not a nightly rate you can walk up and buy. It is also below our $65 single, if a month is what you are booking.
Motel 6 publishes no monthly rate. Neither do we. Our rate card stops at the week, and anything longer is a conversation on the phone.
Our twelve, and which weekly rate each one carries
New Leaf Properties has run motels and extended stays in Twin Falls since 2005. Twelve of them, under one owner. Five sit on Addison Avenue West, five downtown, and two on Kimberly Road.
The rate card is the same at every one. A single is $65 a night or $250 a week. A double is $75 a night or $275 a week. A studio is $325 a week. What changes from building to building is which room types are there at all.

Nine of the twelve have a studio. Nine have a single. Eight have a double. Three are studio only, and one has singles only. So the first question on the phone is not price. It is which room type you need, because that decides which buildings are even in the conversation.
The studio is a weekly rate. There is no nightly studio price, we do not quote one, and we will not build one out of the weekly figure. If you need a single night, ask about a single or a double.
Where our number is not the lowest
On a single night, this town has rooms cheaper than ours. Canyon Springs publishes rates as low as $45 a night, read September 2, 2026, against our $65 single. Blue Lakes Inn publishes $53 a night if you commit to a month. Motel 6's engine quoted $56 a night at the member rate for a midweek night in October, which is a quote for those dates and not a standing rate. There is no point pretending otherwise on a page you can check in ten minutes.
Our studio is not the cheapest week in town either. At $325 it sits above the $295 Canyon Springs floor and above the $315 that seven nights at Motel 6's minimum comes to. Whether either of those figures buys a room like our studio is not something their sites say, because neither of them prices by room type. That is exactly the gap a floor leaves open.
What is true is narrower. Of the four weekly figures published in Twin Falls on September 2, 2026, our $250 single is the lowest. $250 against $295, $315, and $360 or $480. That is the whole claim, and the four sources are one page load or one phone call away if you want to check it yourself.
What a price table leaves out
Price is the easy part of a long stay. Here is the rest of it, and it is the part people actually call about.
