What it costs to bring a pet

A refundable pet deposit is taken at check-in. There is no pet fee, nightly or monthly, and nothing is added to the room rate because you have a dog with you.

The room rate is the same rate everyone else pays. A single is $65 a night or $250 a week, which works out to $35.71 a day across seven paid nights. A stay of up to 30 days in a single is $1,000, or $33.33 a day if you use all thirty. Every reservation is capped at 30 days.

Service animals

A service animal is not a pet and is not treated as one. No deposit and no fee applies, at any of the twelve properties. You do not need to tell us in advance and you will not be asked for documentation beyond what the ADA permits.

The house rules that do apply

Two pets per room. Weight and breed are subject to approval, so call before you arrive and tell us what you are bringing. Pets are not left unattended in a room. You are responsible for cleanup around the property and for any damage your pet causes.

None of that is unusual, and none of it costs extra.

Where you can stay

All twelve: Apollo Motor Inn, Monterey Motor Inn, Park Motel, El Rancho Motel and Dunes Motel on Addison Avenue West; Deluxe Motor Lodge, Jones Motel, Old Towne Lodge, Downtown Extended Stay and 760 Main Ave Extended Stay around downtown and Main Avenue; Kimberly Road Extended Stay and Twin Falls Motel on Kimberly Road.

Nine of the twelve have a single room. Three sell studios only, and a studio is $325 a week with no nightly rate.
